Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mail Success Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and resolve mailing/shipping issues to ensure compliance with industry standards
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in postal service and publication sectors
Establish and maintain communication with USPS shipping support and industry stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

Experience with BCC Software and USPS BCG
Familiarity with various mailing processes and postal pricing
Proactive approach to postal strategy and efficiencies
Customer Support software experience
Experience with FedEx ground and freight shipping
