Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maintenance Project Coordinator in the Pacific Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage turnover service requests from end-to-end, coordinating with vendors and internal teams
  • Provide exceptional customer service by attending to service requests promptly and maintaining electronic records
  • Coordinate inter-departmentally for necessary approvals and updates on turnover service requests

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Previous property management, vendor management, or utility management experience preferred
  • Technical proficiency in Google Applications, Microsoft Office, and Slack preferred
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to excellence and achieving goals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of various teams and committees
