Job Summary
A company is looking for a Maintenance Project Coordinator to manage the turnover maintenance process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage turnover service requests from end-to-end, including securing owner approval and coordinating with vendors
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing service requests and vendor communications within SLA guidelines
- Coordinate inter-departmentally to obtain necessary approvals and updates for turnover service requests
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Previous experience in property management, vendor management, or utility management preferred
- Technical proficiency in Google Applications, Microsoft Office, and Slack preferred
- Ability to meet timelines and adjust expectations as needed
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
