Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maintenance Project Coordinator to manage the turnover maintenance process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage turnover service requests from end-to-end, including securing owner approval and coordinating with vendors
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing service requests and vendor communications within SLA guidelines
  • Coordinate inter-departmentally to obtain necessary approvals and updates for turnover service requests


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Previous experience in property management, vendor management, or utility management preferred
  • Technical proficiency in Google Applications, Microsoft Office, and Slack preferred
  • Ability to meet timelines and adjust expectations as needed
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
