Job Summary
A company is looking for a Maintenance Renewal Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and sell HW and SW renewals within a specified territory, meeting assigned revenue targets
- Prepare and maintain renewal forecasts, providing timely and accurate renewal quotations to customers
- Collaborate with the channel community and negotiate renewal terms to secure on-time renewals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of sales experience in high technology products or services
- Experience managing the Maintenance Renewal Sales Cycle using CRM
- Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills
- Prior experience with SalesForce.com CRM and invoicing through Oracle ERP
