Manager Compliance Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Member & Provider Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the subject matter expert for Insurances operations through knowledge and expertise of the platform, regulatory requirements, and operational workflows
• Manage a complex portfolio of initiatives and deliverables, proactively identifying areas of opportunity to improve key performance indicators
• Develop team workflows and guidelines, ensuring consistent and measurable outcomes, and training team members for proficiency

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a compliance role within the Healthcare industry working with regulatory and Market Conduct Exams
• 5+ years experience cooperatively developing project plans with internal and external stakeholders
• 5+ years experience designing and improving workflows, including development of accompanying operating and technical procedures and tooling
• Experience with people management
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a compliance team
