Job Summary

Leading a technical team, the full-time Manager of AI Engineering will guide the development of AI agents and services while providing professional leadership, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to deliver AI-based services and agents
• Provide technical leadership and coaching to ensure excellence in development practices
• Collaborate with product management and engineering leaders to define and plan work

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in creating high-quality and scalable solutions
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams
• Technical leadership experience in Generative AI initiatives
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies and testing practices
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or CIS, or equivalent work experience
