Manager of Industrial Engineering

Job Summary

To support continuous improvement initiatives in the Southeast region, the full-time remote Manager of Industrial Engineering will manage a team of engineering and quality professionals, oversee multiple supply chain projects, and drive performance improvements through data analysis and lean methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team focused on continuous improvement and quality assurance across operations
• Lead the creation and execution of strategic plans and key performance indicators to enhance business metrics
• Provide training and coaching on engineering methodologies and lean tools to promote operational excellence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management; Master's degree preferred
• At least nine years of experience in Distribution, Warehousing, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Logistics
• Expertise in lean methodologies, data analysis, and engineering functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools
• Lean Six Sigma certification required; additional certifications in project management or quality management preferred
