Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Learning and Development to join their Clinical Innovation Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage engaging content for the Learning Management System (LMS) and internal wiki systems
• Project manage and implement role-specific onboarding programs for new hires, particularly care team roles
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify development needs and enhance learning initiatives across the organization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in learning and development within a corporate environment
• Experience with internal wiki systems like Confluence and onboarding processes
• Proficiency in e-learning tools and content creation software
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
