Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Learning and Development to join their Clinical Innovation Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage engaging content for the Learning Management System (LMS) and internal wiki systems
- Project manage and implement role-specific onboarding programs for new hires, particularly care team roles
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify development needs and enhance learning initiatives across the organization
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in learning and development within a corporate environment
- Experience with internal wiki systems like Confluence and onboarding processes
- Proficiency in e-learning tools and content creation software
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
