Job Summary

- Collaborate with executive teams to develop strategy and content for Board meetings
- Research competitive intelligence and industry trends to inform strategic recommendations
- Support planning processes and contribute to internal communications and strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, or Management Consulting
- Experience in healthcare, preferably in value-based care, and navigating fast-paced environments
- Experience working with Board Directors, Investors, and Executive leadership teams
- Proficient in project management principles and tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization
