Required Qualifications

• Five years of experience in insurance, finance, or consulting
• Experience in a fast-growth enterprise or insurance agency is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA is preferred
• Familiarity with insurance processes
• Ability to work across all organizational levels and manage ambiguity
