Manager of Team Insights

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Team Member Insights to guide the execution of the Team Member Insights program.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and enhance the team member experience through hiring, training, and coaching
• Manage survey technology to collect and analyze team member insights, ensuring feedback leads to actionable outcomes
• Prepare and present survey results, create training materials, and support stakeholders with survey-related inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of survey/insights experience, preferably in a corporate setting, or a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
• Proficiency in survey methods and creating summary reports from quantitative and qualitative data
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and extensive experience with survey tools, especially Qualtrics
• Ability to manage confidential information and demonstrate strong organizational skills
• Valid driver's license required
