Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Pro Onboarding to lead a team responsible for onboarding and training new Pro Product clients, particularly in telecom services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Product Technical Specialists to enhance client experiences
- Provide advanced guidance on telecom-specific products and address technical needs
- Oversee onboarding and training processes, ensuring clients effectively utilize Pro Products
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in support, implementation, or account management in enterprise software or SaaS
- At least 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in telecom services and technology, including VoIP and SIP configuration
- Strong focus on customer success and experience managing complex projects
- Proven track record of relationship building with clients and team members
