Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Records & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain Policy and Procedure manual, training materials, and Quality Review checks in Student Financial Services
  • Updates and maintains all SOPs, implements Quality review checks on transcript transactions and diploma mailings in Records
  • Create and update compliance tracking sheet, implement quality review check on BPPE reporting in Compliance

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Experience in managing records, compliance, and financial services
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in creating and implementing quality review checks
  • Knowledge of compliance tracking and reporting
