Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the development of products and solutions for the Provider Data Platform
- Providing input to the business technology and human resources plan
- Leading and mentoring multiple scrum teams and managing development activities for the product pipeline
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
- Experience designing and delivering complex software systems
- Proven experience in establishing and optimizing software engineering processes
- Understanding of database and data structures, web development methodologies, and application design
