Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Technical Engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire and manage a team of Technical Engagement Managers
- Create a team culture focused on delivery excellence and operational scalability
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders to refine delivery methodologies for security testing engagements
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience leading technical teams in information security, software engineering, or IT
- Customer-facing experience with Enterprise clients
- Demonstrated success in building & managing globally distributed technical teams
- Must be based remotely in US or Canada
- Familiarity with penetration testing, SDLC, and the digital security landscape is preferred
