Job Summary
A company is looking for a Market Support Representative for Group Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers and brokers
- Assist in renewal preparation and ensure timely delivery of renewals
- Manage service requests and provide support for product inquiries and account management
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Some account management background
- Extremely organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Preferred experience with strategic partner or national account clients
