Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Group Administrator to support the marketing team and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary support for marketing leadership, including calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Assist with travel arrangements and manage onboarding processes for new employees
  • Lead team initiatives such as merchandise management and team event organization

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Associate or Administrative Assistant
  • Preference for candidates located in PST or MST time zones
  • Strong technical skills in Google Suite, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Expensify
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
