Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Group Administrator to support the marketing team and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary support for marketing leadership, including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Assist with travel arrangements and manage onboarding processes for new employees
- Lead team initiatives such as merchandise management and team event organization
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Associate or Administrative Assistant
- Preference for candidates located in PST or MST time zones
- Strong technical skills in Google Suite, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Expensify
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
