Marketing Operations Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to enhance customer engagement through targeted communications and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct and deploy marketing and transactional communications
- Code and launch various messaging formats including emails and push notifications
- Measure campaign success and troubleshoot production issues in collaboration with the Analytics team
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of related professional experience
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS development
- Experience with marketing campaign tools, specifically Braze or similar CRM
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Experience with Branch and Segment preferred
