Job Summary
To elevate marketing performance through data-driven insights, the remote Marketing Scientist will develop analytics to evaluate marketing effectiveness, apply causal inference techniques, and automate model training while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop analytics to assess marketing effectiveness and ROI using Marketing Mix Modeling, attribution modeling, and experimentation
- Apply causal inference techniques to isolate true marketing impact and support strategic planning
- Automate the training and deployment of models, ensuring scalability and documentation while creating insight-ready datasets from raw data
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or performance marketing measurement
- Expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling and attribution techniques with real-world application experience
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, as well as Python for building marketing models
- Strong project management skills and ability to communicate complex findings to stakeholders
