Job Summary
A company is looking for an Interim Corporate and Securities Counsel for a full-time, three-plus month assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and advise on corporate governance matters, including SEC filings and compliance with NYSE regulations
- Conduct legal research as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in corporate and securities law
- Experience with filing and drafting Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and other SEC documents
- In-house experience at a public company handling public entity filings
- Juris Doctorate from a respected US-based law school
- Admission to at least one state bar, ideally Massachusetts
