Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) experience for a full-time telehealth position in Massachusetts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions
- Maintain a diverse caseload, with 80% focused on mental health and 20% on substance use treatment
- Engage in peer consultations and ongoing training to enhance clinical skills
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
- Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license
- Experience in providing evidence-based treatments and managing clinical crises
- Substance use treatment experience in outpatient or residential settings
- Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
