Job Summary
A company is looking for a Massachusetts State Director to lead efforts in advancing educational equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a multi-year strategy for integrated, well-resourced schools
- Build partnerships and coalitions with community organizations and stakeholders
- Engage the community through listening sessions and advocacy efforts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in policy advocacy and campaign building in Massachusetts
- Knowledge of education policy and community organizing
- Experience with litigation, including impact or class action cases
- Commitment to racial, social, and economic justice
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
