Master Data Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time Master Data Analyst will manage the execution and validation of product master data processes for Home Fragrance categories within SAP, ensuring compliance and data quality while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute product data and change management activities, adhering to data quality and governance standards
• Create, maintain, and validate Home Fragrance master data in SAP, including Bills of Material (BOMs) for new manufactured items
• Collaborate with Engineering and PMO teams to ensure accurate and complete product data supports project timelines

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in data management, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or a related field
• Experience working in ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, specifically wax blending practices, preferred
• Thorough knowledge of spreadsheet software and ability to work with large data files efficiently
