Material Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Material Planner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works with Program team to ensure streamlined procurement process of materials against program requirements
• Maintains reports and monitors material movement throughout manufacturing and inventory sequences
• Coordinates forecasts, workload, expediting, and acquisition priority with commodity/category team leadership

Required Qualifications:

• BA degree or equivalent experience with less than 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
• Intermediate Excel experience (Pivot Tables, Charts, v-Lookups, Bar Charts)
• Buying experience and Supply Chain Management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge and experience in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements for purchasing card orders
