Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding patient billing and payment inquiries
• Educate patients on their financial responsibilities and assist with payment arrangements
• Document all patient interactions and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 2+ years' experience in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Full understanding of health insurance processes, including copays and deductibles
• Experience in medical collections preferred
