Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Process patient cases and conduct benefit investigations
- Contact insurance companies to verify patient coverage for pharmaceuticals
- Maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks using dual monitors
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of insurance verification experience
- Medical call center experience is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Texas, or Utah
- Ability to work from a quiet workspace with high-speed internet
