Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- GED or High School Diploma or equivalency required
- Three years or more related experience in customer service or a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Ability to meet attendance requirements consistently
