Medical Director Global Safety

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director, Global Safety responsible for global pharmacovigilance for marketed and investigational products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage safety surveillance for assigned products and collaborate with stakeholders
• Conduct analyses of safety trial data and ensure proper handling of adverse events
• Provide strategic safety leadership for clinical development programs

Required Qualifications

• MD required; subspecialty focus in neuroscience, psychiatry, immunology, or rare diseases preferred
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical care setting
• Prior experience in pharmacovigilance or clinical development preferred
• Knowledge of pre- and post-marketing US and EU regulations
• Capacity to work effectively across multiple disease areas
