Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director/Scientific Director in Medical Affairs - Precision Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate the CDx strategy for early oncology assets to ensure optimal launch planning
• Lead the implementation of diagnostic strategies and serve as a key member of various asset strategy teams
• Educate medical teams on the CDx pipeline and manage the transition of GMA activities to launch teams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Medical Doctorate (M.D.) or equivalent, with relevant therapeutic specialty preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical trial or medical affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry or academia
• Prior experience with companion diagnostics, particularly in oncology, is required
• Advanced Degree in a related science field for Scientific Director role, with 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
