Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Economics Consultant (Medicare) - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

Provide consultative support and conduct medical cost-based analysis of markets and network initiatives
Extract, analyze, and synthesize data to identify risks and opportunities for senior leadership
Consult with network and clinical management to improve discount positions and strategic cost initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics
5 - 7 years of experience in the healthcare/managed care industry
Knowledge of provider contracting, reimbursement, and patient management
Experience with medical and pharmacy claims and benefits design is preferred
Master's Degree in a related field is preferred
