Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Scheduler to manage appointment scheduling and provide customer service in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and requests, and manage documentation standards
  • Coordinate and schedule participants' appointments while addressing conflicts and urgent needs
  • Provide eligibility status and address inquiries related to authorizations and benefits

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a call center environment
  • Must be flexible with work hours
  • Experience in a service/support role is preferred
