Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Medicare Pharmacy Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and record inbound pharmacy calls from members, providers, and pharmacies
  • Process pharmacy prior authorization requests and appeals
  • Communicate plan benefit information effectively to members and providers

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-3 years of call center or customer service experience
  • Preferred: Associate degree
  • Preferred: 3-5 years of healthcare industry experience
  • Preferred: National pharmacy technician certification
