Medicare Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Enrollment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine accuracy and completions of member form information and resolve enrollment issues
• Maintain Medicare member enrollment records annually and meet production and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with internal and external staff, attend required trainings, and participate in system testing for development rollouts

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher, or 4-6 years of work experience in lieu of a degree
• At least 2 years of experience in medical or institutional data entry, Medicare eligibility, and processing
• At least 3 years of customer service experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related healthcare field is preferred
• 3-5 years of Medicare Enrollment processing and customer service experience is preferred
