Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medicare Member Engagement Specialist to support Medicare members and their caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to Medicare members to introduce services and assist with enrollment
- Guide members through the onboarding process and follow up with those who have reduced engagement
- Research and vet care providers, managing referrals to ensure members access appropriate care
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare or social services
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with Medicare services and member experience best practices is a plus
