Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Direct to Consumer Sales (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of licensed agents to achieve sales targets and KPIs through performance coaching
  • Analyze performance data and call recordings to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Handle escalated issues and develop Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for team members

Required Qualifications
  • Active Health Insurance License in good standing
  • 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in Medicare
  • Experience in broker-style settings with high-risk accounts
  • Experience in upselling Medicare members in a PDP cross-selling environment
  • Experience in outbound sales call center infrastructure
