Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Direct to Consumer Sales (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of licensed agents to achieve sales targets and KPIs through performance coaching
- Analyze performance data and call recordings to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Handle escalated issues and develop Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for team members
Required Qualifications
- Active Health Insurance License in good standing
- 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in Medicare
- Experience in broker-style settings with high-risk accounts
- Experience in upselling Medicare members in a PDP cross-selling environment
- Experience in outbound sales call center infrastructure
