Member Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Enrollment Specialist to engage and enroll members in their health program.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate members on the program and motivate them to enroll
• Make outbound calls to prospective members and handle inbound inquiries
• Track and record enrollment activities and collaborate with other team members

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 2+ years of experience in the Behavioral Health or Health Care industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use multiple applications simultaneously
• Ability to establish trust quickly and engage members effectively
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
