Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Services Intake Specialist to assist members with balance bill inquiries and setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members with initial balance bill setup and respond to related inquiries
- Accurately enter member balance bill information into the database
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to resolve issues and obtain necessary documentation
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service position, preferably in healthcare
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience in healthcare or billing environments is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
