Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Intake Specialist to assist members with balance bill inquiries and setup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist members with initial balance bill setup and respond to related inquiries
  • Accurately enter member balance bill information into the database
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to resolve issues and obtain necessary documentation

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service position, preferably in healthcare
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience in healthcare or billing environments is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
