Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls from members and employers
- Provide accurate information regarding benefits, claims processes, and enrollment policies
- Document interactions and resolve complex customer inquiries effectively
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 6+ months of work experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Experience working in a remote setting is preferred
- Proficiency with MS Windows and basic computer literacy
