Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls from members and employers
  • Provide accurate information regarding benefits, claims processes, and enrollment policies
  • Document interactions and resolve complex customer inquiries effectively

Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • 6+ months of work experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or healthcare setting preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • Experience working in a remote setting is preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Windows and basic computer literacy
