Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Specialist 1, Billing.

Key Responsibilities:

Review contract billing events and track pending issues
Assist with invoice corrections and respond to account inquiries
Process sales orders, perform account audits, and fulfill member requests

Required Qualifications:

Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of relevant professional work experience
Advanced MS Office skills and experience with Salesforce and Sage Intacct
Ability to work in multiple accounting software systems
Experience in a high volume, high-intensity environment preferred
