Job Summary

A company is looking for a Membership Advisor to manage the sales process for group fitness memberships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle the full sales cycle, including qualifying leads and closing new clients
  • Book appointments and conduct sales consultations with potential members
  • Ensure long-term member retention through effective follow-up and support
Required Qualifications
  • Experience selling to motivated young professionals aged 25-35
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure sales environments
  • Understanding of community-driven fitness programs
  • Motivated by client enrollment and long-term commitment
  • Experience in wellness or fitness sales is a plus
