Job Summary
A company is looking for a Membership Advisor to manage the sales process for group fitness memberships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the full sales cycle, including qualifying leads and closing new clients
- Book appointments and conduct sales consultations with potential members
- Ensure long-term member retention through effective follow-up and support
Required Qualifications
- Experience selling to motivated young professionals aged 25-35
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure sales environments
- Understanding of community-driven fitness programs
- Motivated by client enrollment and long-term commitment
- Experience in wellness or fitness sales is a plus
