Job Summary
A company is looking for a Merchant Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and enhance customer success in government benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert on EBT/SNAP regulations and guide teams through compliance processes
- Lead strategic merchant onboarding initiatives and optimize onboarding playbooks for efficiency
- Act as the primary point of contact for retail partners, driving post-launch customer success and engagement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in operations, strategy, or program management, preferably in fintech or grocery
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with large-scale accounts and develop strategic plans
- Strong project management skills with experience in cross-functional initiatives
- A track record of process improvement with a data-driven decision-making approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment
