Job Summary

A company is looking for a Merchant Service Representative to provide product and technical support to their merchant network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from merchants to address their needs or questions regarding products or services
  • Initiate outbound calls to assist with onboarding applications and consumer complaint resolution
  • Support merchants with technical questions and troubleshoot product issues, escalating when necessary

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer or B2B interaction role
  • Experience troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues
  • Experience with high volume inbound and outbound calling
  • Ability to navigate multiple screens and PC applications effectively
  • Must reside in the USA and be authorized to work in the US
