Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on Microsoft licensing models, agreements, and programs
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients for optimizing licensing investments and ensuring compliance
  • Analyze licensing usage data and prepare reports to support client decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs, including enterprise agreements and cloud subscriptions
  • Proven experience in a licensing, customer success, or sales support role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, CRM platforms, and licensing management software
  • Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals or higher (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365)
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry or with SaaS solutions is preferred
