Job Summary
A company is looking for a Microsoft Windows Engineer to support the Department of Homeland Security.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers (2016-2019)
- Participate in incident management and define Windows server requirements
- Implement security measures and manage system updates for Windows servers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience, or Associate degree and 4 years of experience, or HS diploma/equivalent and 6 years of experience
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD) clearance
- Experience with IT infrastructure and Windows servers
- Knowledge of Microsoft administration tools and change management processes
- Possess or able to obtain ITIL Foundations 4 certification within one month
