Mid-Level Software Developer

Job Summary

Supporting client IT systems within a CI/CD DevSecOps environment, the remote Mid-Level Software Developer will develop and maintain applications, integrate security tools, and manage automated pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient code deployment and compliance with security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for software builds, testing, and deployments
• Integrate security tools into pipelines and validate compliance with Information Assurance Controls
• Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions and support automated testing within the DevSecOps pipeline

Required qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance
• Client 8140 intermediate certification or client 8570 IAM Level II certification or higher
• 5-7 years of experience in software development and DevOps, specifically with automated pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Proficiency in Java or similar object-oriented programming languages
