Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Market Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and close
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients and drive pipeline growth
  • Serve as a catalyst for change, refine sales strategy, and articulate the value of solutions

Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of software/tech sales experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Experience prospecting new clients at senior levels and negotiating partnerships
  • Ability to effectively uncover client needs and pain points
  • Experience in driving strategic sales cycles and closing business within assigned territory
