Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mid-Market Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and close
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients and drive pipeline growth
- Serve as a catalyst for change, refine sales strategy, and articulate the value of solutions
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of software/tech sales experience, preferably in SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Experience prospecting new clients at senior levels and negotiating partnerships
- Ability to effectively uncover client needs and pain points
- Experience in driving strategic sales cycles and closing business within assigned territory
