Job Summary

A company is looking for a Region Sales Director to lead a high-performing team and drive sales across a diverse territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and set expectations for sales associates in the region
  • Develop programs and selling strategies to motivate the sales force and stimulate sales
  • Prepare sales forecasts and analyze sales data for the region

Required Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent/applicable experience required
  • 3-5 years of proven leadership experience in team development and management
  • Several years of successful outside sales experience with strong industry knowledge
  • Distribution experience and a scientific background or laboratory experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with C4C or Qlikview is a plus
