Job Summary
A company is looking for a Region Sales Director to lead a high-performing team and drive sales across a diverse territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and set expectations for sales associates in the region
- Develop programs and selling strategies to motivate the sales force and stimulate sales
- Prepare sales forecasts and analyze sales data for the region
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent/applicable experience required
- 3-5 years of proven leadership experience in team development and management
- Several years of successful outside sales experience with strong industry knowledge
- Distribution experience and a scientific background or laboratory experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with C4C or Qlikview is a plus
