Job Summary
A company is looking for a Research Analyst, Military Recruiting Research.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and execution of large-scale surveys related to military recruiting
- Prepare and analyze quantitative data, interpreting results to identify patterns and solutions
- Manage multiple concurrent tasks and deliverables while working closely with clients to meet their research goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, marketing, economics, social science, statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- One to three years of post-graduate professional research experience, preferably in market or communication research
- Experience with dataset manipulation in at least one statistical software package (e.g., Stata, SPSS, SAS, R)
- Experience creating visual and written summaries of research results for non-technical audiences
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check due to federal contract requirements
