Minnesota Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 3 accounting professionals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accounting functions
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with US-GAAP
• Manage insurance-specific financial reporting processes, including loss reserves and premiums

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5-7 years of accounting experience, with a focus on insurance financial reporting
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of US-GAAP and accounting principles for the P&C insurance industry
• Preferred: CPA designation or in-progress (not required)
