Minnesota Licensed Product Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Specialist to support the Product Department with lender placed insurance products and client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complex tasks related to lender placed insurance programs
- Research and proof insurance orders and cancellations while maintaining confidentiality
- Provide product training and assist clients with insurance placement and claims
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a call center, customer service role, or data entry environment
- 3-5 years of insurance industry experience preferred
- Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance Producer's License within 90 days of hire
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Professional appearance and high ethical standards
